Lockheed Shipbuilding and Construction Company, also known as Lockheed Shipbuilding Company, was a shipbuilding and construction company that existed from 1938 to 1995. The company was a subsidiary of the larger aerospace and defense company Lockheed Corporation. It was known for building a variety of naval vessels, including destroyers, submarines, aircraft carriers, and amphibious assault ships.

During World War II, Lockheed Shipbuilding Company built over 200 ships for the United States Navy. In the postwar years, the company continued to be a major shipbuilder, constructing vessels for various customers both in the United States and abroad.

In 1995, Lockheed Shipbuilding Company was sold to the shipbuilding division of the defense contractor Martin Marietta. Martin Marietta later merged with the aerospace and defense company Lockheed Corporation to form Lockheed Martin in 1995. Today, Lockheed Martin is primarily known for its production of military aircraft and weapons systems.
